Our Story

After immigrating to the United States in the mid-80s, the Chen family started out in the restaurant business in Northern New Jersey 25 years ago. In 2009, Paul and his family moved to Hong Kong where he traveled to numerous countries in Asia and continued to explore his passion for cooking.  In 2015, 4 kids later, the family decided it was time to move back to the United States and settle down.  With Paul’s many years of experience in the dining business, he wanted to create an innovative dining concept for the Westchester community, a family restaurant inspired by the theme, “east meets west, the best of both worlds.”  Named after his kids and wife (Ethan, Madeleine, Mason and Ada), Emma’s Kitchen was [born].

Emma’s Kitchen offers a wide range of cuisine throughout the day, including a value Bento Lunch Menu, vegetarian menu, and an extensive a la carte menu filled with both American and American Chinese dishes to suit your palate. We also have an extensive drinks and dessert menu, including the popular Taiwanese bubble milk tea and other Taiwanese desserts.  So whatever you’re in the mood for, stop on by and we’re ready to serve you!
